HOW NOT TO BE A VICTIM

• Learn to recognize, eliminate, and AVOID potential trouble before self-defense becomes necessary.  You will also learn easy to remember tactical skills to enable you to better defend yourself.
• This is an interactive course with moderate physical activity.  The course consists of lecture information on crime figures and techniques to increase awareness in order to avoid a confrontation.
• Your Instructors: Tom Shull, Captain with the Kalamazoo County Sheriff’s Department and Mark Hazard, 1st Degree Karate Black Belt and other martial art disciplines.
